Outpatient Therapist
Compensation : $31 / hour
Job Type : Full-Time | Flexible Hours
Our client in Nashville, TN is seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist to support the healthy development of children, youth, and families. In this role, you will provide individual and family therapy, helping clients navigate mental health challenges in a supportive, client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Communication : Maintain therapy appointments, follow up on cancellations, and ensure all required documentation and signatures are obtained.
- Weekly Reporting : Assess ongoing treatment needs and provide weekly reports on treatment progress.
- Direct Care : Deliver child-centered, family-focused therapy, document therapy sessions and progress notes, and provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Coordination : Schedule and facilitate meetings with guardians to develop and update treatment plans.
