RN MDS Assessor
Compensation : $115K-$120K per year
Job Type : Full-time, in-person position, 7am-3pm, Monday Friday
Collaborating with a Long Term Care / Rehabilitation facility in Arverne, NY that is seeking a RN MDS Assessor
RN MDS Assessor Duties and Responsibilities :
- Completing accurate assessments, MDS & care plans as assigned.
- Initiating care plans and supporting activities as assigned.
- Monitors MDS and care planning documentation for all residents; ensures documentation is present in the medical record to support MDS coding.
- Monitoring & auditing clinical records, ensuring accuracy & timeliness
- Informing Director Of Nursing of persistent issues related to non-compliant documentation.
- Protecting the confidentiality of Resident & Facility information at all times
