General Statement of Duties
This is a temporary position of no more than 29 hours per week. Work Schedule is assigned by the supervisor and/or Department Director
Essential Duties
- Assist the Attendance Secretary with daily attendance.
- Runs reports from PowerSchool.
- Types letters and reports
- Proofreads figures, forms, letters, and/or reports for accuracy.
- Attends work daily.
- Is engaged and on task; and
- Performs other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to think analytically
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position preferred
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.

This position is open until filled. This is a temporary position of no more than 29 hours per week. Work Schedule is assigned by the supervisor and/or Department Director.
$16.52 PER HOUR
