We are looking for a Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Dover, DE. Come join our welcoming and supportive Chiropractic office. We have a stellar team, and we are looking to add an additional DC. We are seeking a Chiropractor who is skilled at full-spine adjusting, is passionate about chiropractic and helping others, knowledge or interest in corrective care and active rehab- someone who is personable and trainable. We have a knowledgeable and experienced group, and we will train the incoming Chiropractor on our rehab procedures. We provide all the tools and marketing to be successful. Our practice has more than 50 years of combined expertise in all aspects of injuries and chronic pain. Our patients come to us because of our experienced doctors who deliver the best care, minimal wait times and streamlined approach to care within our state-of-the-art office, and our friendly and courteous doctors and office staff! We offer a mix of corrective care and active rehab. We provide exceptional quality and patient-centered healthcare through teamwork and leadership. We offer a variety of services, and our practice is a mix of Pain based, structural correction-based, with maintenance/ wellness care and some PI/ WC.

Duties:

• Patient management and care
• Perform initial consultation/exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Digital X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified Full-spine, Drop table, Flexion-Distraction, Arthrostim, Graston/ IASTM, CBP and Pettibon rehab, rehab and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Supervise and advise Chiropractic Assistants and Rehab Assistant on patient care, exercises, and rehab
• Work cooperatively with healthcare team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments
• Little to no marketing
  
  

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in DE
  
  

Schedule:

• Full time
  
  

Compensation (range):

• $90k- $130k (base salary plus bonuses)
  
  

Benefits:

• Bonus Compensation up to $50k. Bonuses will be attainable and expected based on agreed upon metrics for the office
