Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Goodyear AZ (20 miles W of Phoenix)$140k-$150k/year We are looking for a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Goodyear, AZ. Our ideal Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner is a team player, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. - Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care / case management
- Treatments- perform trigger point and joint injections
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner license in AZ
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus but we will provide training for the right candidate
- Must have Current DEA #
- Mon-Friday with office hours ending early on Friday
- No nights, no weekends, and no on-call.
- $140k-$150k per year (DOE)
