We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time in Dover, DE. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point|joint injections and Regen med injections. This position will mostly be covering our office in Dover, with potentially 1 day per week covering our office in Smyrna.

Duties :
Patient exam|evaluation (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records|imaging)
Order and review tests|labs
Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab|exercises and various modalities
Manage patient care- Trigger Point Injections, Joint Injections, Regenerative Medicine (PRP), Orthopedic Bracing, and Medical weight loss management
Documentation and progress notes
Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
Requirements :
Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
NP license in DE
Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
Experience with joint injections a plus
Schedule :
Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm
Compensation :
k-k base pay plus bonuses
Benefits :
