Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in coordinating project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing work plans, schedules, and logistics strategies.
- Help manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor agreements.
- Assist with tracking project costs and preparing budget reports to ensure cost control.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Work with engineering teams to ensure designs meet specifications and comply with regulations.
- Help ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards on all job sites.
- Support quality control efforts by performing inspections and resolving field issues.
- Assist with RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and document submittals.
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to provide project updates.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure records are properly stored.
- Travel to job sites as needed to monitor progress and support field operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with all stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management team.
