Role Summary – Senior Estimator

As a Senior Estimator, you will be instrumental in accurately evaluating project costs, managing bids, and ensuring successful project execution. This role not only requires strong technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail, but also excellent collaboration and communication skills. You’ll oversee a diverse range of projects, including grading, asphalt, paving, concrete, and more, while contributing to the company's continued success in both public and private sector contracts.

  • Competitive Compensation : $180K–$250K depending on experience, with incentives and possible bonus structures negotiable for the right candidate.
