As a Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will be providing risk assessment, brief supportive counseling, referral to resources and other identified supports to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience working with people of all ages in the mental health and/or substance use context.
- The ability to complete a mental status exam and suicide assessment on individuals in distress and make appropriate referrals for services.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external providers.
