As Communications Coordinator, you will:
🎨 Design eye-catching graphics for internal communications and staff engagement.
🖥️ Coordinate internal communications, ensuring staff stay connected through visually compelling weekly and monthly updates, as well as our online intranet.
📢 Support fundraising and events, as part of our annual golf tournament and town funding efforts.
📣 Help showcase and celebrate the incredible work of our team by creating engaging content that highlights our impact.
🤝 Collaborate with a supportive team that values creativity, organization, and effective communication.
Our Ideal Candidate has:
✔️ 2 years of experience in a similar role
✔️ Associate’s degree
✔️ Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite (preferred), Canva, or similar)
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
✔️ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Superb organizational and multi-tasking abilities
✔️ A keen eye for detail and strong editing skills
