Family Services Coordinator
A position within the Family and Community Partnership component, working with families of HCS Head Start.
Education and Certification Requirements
- LSWA license preferred, and related experience is required.
- Associate’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field preferred.
Qualities and Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Word processing and Database skills preferred.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse workplace.
- Effective and strong telephone communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in a professional manner.
- Ability and willingness to work as a team member.
- Ability to maintain and adhere to boundary guidelines.
- Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 119, Section 51-A, you are a mandated reporter and held to the statutory reporting requirements.
Starting Pay: $25.07 - $27.63 per hour depending on education
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Full Year: 52 weeks per year
