What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruitment Coordinator position at hcsautomation?
Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources and in concert with the other HR staff, maintains the day to day operational functions of the Human Resources Department and effectively implements Human Resources policies, procedures and programs. Plan, organize, and develop employment practices and resources to supply the staffing needs of the hospital. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Required is a Bachelor degree, preferably in personnel or business administration or the equivalent and/or a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in Human Resources. Prior recruiting experience in healthcare setting preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality absolutely essential. Essential is the ability to maintain a positive attitude while integrating and closing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and prioritizing as circumstances indicate or as requested. Individual must be ethical, honest, and responsible. Excel, Word, E-mail, and Internet competence required.
