- Bachelor's degree preferred· Minimum of 3 years of sales, community outreach or training experience or equivalent combination of education and experience· Excellent customer service skills· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
- Must hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and be comfortable with frequent car travel within the assigned region.

- Non-profit experience is a plus.Responsibilities:
- Grow our blood donor base through recruiting and retaining blood donor groups to meet the transfusion needs of patients in our local hospitals.
- Meet with donor groups to plan effective recruitment and marketing strategy for each blood drive.
- Coordinate logistics for each blood drive, monitor recruitment efforts, and respond to issues to ensure blood drive success and customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate drive performance and collect feedback to effectively plan for future drives.
- Educate the public on the importance of blood donation, special programs, and initiatives through speaking engagements and participating in community events.
- Continuously prospect for new partnerships within assigned region.Hours:Full-time - Exempt PositionLocations:Bethlehem, PATerritory- Bucks County, PA, Montgomery County, PA and Mercer County, NJ with other surrounding counties.GREAT Benefits:
