- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, healthcare, Psychology, or other related field
- Five (5) years' experience in a sales/marketing manager role
- Two (2) years' experience working in a Blood Center
- A positive/self-motivating attitude
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of employees and across departments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and implement strategies for improvement
- Current valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
