JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for supporting sales executives or account management executives in the prospecting, acquiring or renewing business and training / mentoring a minimum of 3 marketing service reps within the department. Support management including leading or participating in special projects / initiatives. REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- 2 years of work experience as a health care management Marketing Service Representative OR 5 years of experience in combination of sales / marketing / health insurance experience involving processing and coordination of services for health care clients.
- Knowledge of group health products, comparing benefits, and implementation process.
- Possess Life and Health State Health Insurance Licenses or obtain Life and Health State Health Insurance Licenses for the state of operations within 90 days of starting in role.
- Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with both internal and external contacts.
- Analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with sales databases.
Compensation : $54,800.00 - $121,100.00
