This position will be responsible for creation and oversight management of a subset of employer sponsored health insurance plan designs available to businesses with two to 150 employees. This position also entails supporting the product and portfolio lifecycle by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operating and financial data to make strategic recommendations. Lastly, this position requires the proper creation and implementation of ancillary materials and deliverables to help support the marketing and servicing of our plans.
Required Job Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry
Three (3) years of experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry
Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree.
- Strong analytic and information synthesis skills.
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem
solving skills.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role : 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Compensation : $40,900.00 - $91,000.00
