This position is responsible for managing a team and HCSC property functions for assigned span of control; metro facilities and remote state facilities with varying facility sizes, type / mix, and number of occupants, geographic proximities, and overall budget.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years' minimum experience in one or more of the following areas : Facilities Management, Asset Management (preventative mntc), and / or Property Management OR 12 years' minimum experience in one or more of the following areas : Facilities Management, Asset Management, and / or Property Management
- 3 years of management / leadership experience (people leader with HR Administration responsibilities).
- Budgeting (P&L) experience.
- Knowledge in the areas of contracts, project management, budgeting and cost management, construction management, engineering, bidding, security and safety systems and practices, and financial and project analysis.
- Experience with property management.
- Community relations skills.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Very good computer skills with PC / SW proficiency to include MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- As a facilities operations employee, presenting in the office daily (M-F) to support the day-to-day business needs and operations.
- As facilities operations employees, 24 / 7 on call is necessary to effectively respond to after-hours emergencies immediately.

Compensation : $90,900.00 - $164,200.00
