This is a PAID internship where you will gain in-depth skills in our tech stack that will take you further to success. You will make an impact by contributing to our product teams to deliver high-quality software applications to our customers.

- You’re currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and able to commute to our office during your internship.
- You’re cooperative and like to lend a helping hand to others. We have a collaborative culture here at HCSS where teamwork makes the dream work!
- You’re detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a logical thinker.
- You have a strong interest in talent development, talent acquisition, and human resources.
- Support the development of engaging content (social media posts, blog articles, videos, graphics) to showcase our company culture and attract top talent.
- Assist in managing employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in developing and curating internal and external communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and video scripts.
- Help coordinate and support employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a strong company culture.
- Work closely with HR OPS, Talent, and other internal teams to align branding efforts with company goals and values.
- Support the planning and execution of company-wide events, including town halls, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Assist in HR-related projects, event planning, and other talent team initiatives as needed.
- This internship is semester-based and we’ll work around your school schedule. For the Summer Break, you can work up to 40 hours a week. During the Fall/Spring semesters, you can work up to 25 hours a week.
- Training and mentoring will be provided and you’ll receive feedback on your performance regularly. You’ll have numerous opportunities to continuously grow your knowledge base.
