This is a PAID internship where you will gain in-depth skills in our tech stack that will take you further to success. You will make an impact by contributing to our product teams to deliver high-quality software applications to our customers.

- You’re currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and able to commute to our office during your internship.
- You’re cooperative and like to lend a helping hand to others. We have a collaborative culture here at HCSS where teamwork makes the dream work!
- You’re detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a logical thinker.
- You will be testing new features and fixes on your assigned HCSS product
- Help identify and implement process improvements
- Contribute to the release process, ensuring high quality code is delivered to customers
- Mentored and work evaluated by the team's Quality Assurance Lead
- Pair testing, requirements gathering, and self-learning over new products and technologies
- Work closely with Software Developers, Product Managers, and Support Technicians
- Currently in a University Program, preferably a technology related major
- Experience testing or debugging software products
- Passion for technology and learning new things
- This internship is semester-based and we’ll work around your school schedule. For the Summer Break, you can work up to 40 hours a week. During the Fall/Spring semesters, you can work up to 25 hours a week.
- Training and mentoring will be provided and you’ll receive feedback on your performance regularly. You’ll have numerous opportunities to continuously grow your knowledge base.
