HCT Control Technology is Hiring a Service Coordinator!

HCT ControlTechnology is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team! Thisrole is essential in ensuring smooth service operations by managing schedules,coordinating with customers and sites, and assisting with accountspayable / receivable tasks. You'll work closely with customers, internal teams,and vendors to deliver top-notch service and efficient resolutions.

What You'll Do :

Service Call Coordination :

  • Log and prioritize incoming service requests.
  • Dispatch service calls to technicians and communicate details to both technicians and customers.
  • Ensure service calls are completed on time.

Scheduling :

  • Develop and maintain technician schedules.
  • Adjust appointments based on customer needs and technician availability.
  • Confirm service appointments with customers.

    • Customer & Site Coordination :

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding service calls.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met and coordinate site access as needed.

    • Accounts Payable / Receivable Assistance :

  • Assist with invoice preparation and billing.
  • Track outstanding accounts and follow up on payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to service calls.

    • General Administrative Tasks :

  • Support day-to-day administrative duties to ensure operational efficiency.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in business administration or related field is a plus).
  • Experience : 2 years in service coordination, dispatching, or customer service.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
