What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Radiology position at HCT Healthcare Transformation?
HCT is seeking an experienced Radiology Manager for an interim assignment at a 300 bed hospital in Northern California. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Oversee daily operations and provide strong leadership for the Radiology unit.
- Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Nursing, this role will manage a team of 30 FTEs.
- Ensuring staff accountability and promoting employee engagement / team building
- Managing unionized personnel across all radiology modalities, ensuring efficient operations, and addressing any scheduling gaps.
- Promoting and supporting patient quality and safety
Requirements :
