What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Cash Management and Debt Program position at HCTHealthcare?
HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Director of Cash Management and Debt Program for a 500 bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversight of the treasury functions related to all cash management functions and debt/lease programs.
- Weekly and longer term reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Managing the working capital of the hospital by maintaining sufficient cash balances to meet the obligations of the hospital and its subsidiaries.
- Liquidity management, including performing daily cash management and forecasting activities, executing funds movement transactions, and resolving any cash related errors in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
- Experience: Three years of relevant experience in Treasury and banking systems, cash management processes and debt financing.
- Certifications: Certification in Cash Management required.
- Computer Skills: Advanced skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
