HCT is seeking an experienced Nurse professional for an interim Interventional Radiology Nurse Supervisor at a 150 bed hospital in Northern California. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Coordinate daily staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage
- Perform regular rounds across department to ensure smooth operations, address concerns, and provide support to staff as needed
- Monitor and ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols
- Conduct routine control checks to ensure operational procedures and quality standards are being met
- Manage the incident reporting process, documenting occurrences and ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
