What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Financial Accountant position at HCTHealthcare?
HCT seeks an experienced financial leader to serve as the Interim Manager, Accounting & Financial Planning for a 200 bed hospital in Illinois. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Managing development of the organization’s long-term financial plan, the annual capital budget, and interim capital reporting.
- Developing models to project net income, cash flow, balance sheets and financial ratios.
- Working with Budget staff to reconcile interim financial projections with long-term financial plan, assist in developing annual budget targets, and working with Facilities Management and Operations in developing and maintaining long-term capital investment plan and incorporating into long-term plan.

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and rental car.
