HCT seeks an experienced Nurse leader to serve as the interim Vice President of Ambulatory Care in Northern California. The key areas of focus for this Vice President are :
- Responsible to steward and implement strategic plans, to lead quality improvement initiatives with a focus on patient-centered care and health equity, to optimize operational efficiencies, and to manage relationships across departments and with external partners in ambulatory care delivery
- Directs operations for specialty and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) primary care clinics
- Driving improvements in the quality and value of care
Requirements :
