You’ll be a key player in creating a hotel environment where both guests and employees thrive.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll be instrumental in achieving operational excellence. In this role, you will :
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, from guest services to housekeeping and food & beverage.
- Lead and motivate department heads to achieve their goals, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and expense control.
- Handle guest feedback, resolving issues and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing a talented and engaged team.
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
