At HCW, transportation is an essential part of the guest experience. As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll provide safe and reliable transportation for our guests, ensuring they arrive at their destinations on time and with a smile. Your friendly demeanor and driving expertise will help guests feel well cared for during their stay.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Shuttle Driver, you’ll transport guests safely and efficiently. In this role, you will :
- Provide timely shuttle service to guests, following scheduled routes.
- Assist guests with packages and provide information about the property.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the shuttle vehicle.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during transport.
- Monitor traffic and weather conditions to ensure timely service.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the property.
