Primary Duties:
Local Purchase coordinator is responsible for coordinating few dealers for their quotes/billing & coordinating local purchase for work orders & batteries, etc. which is outsourced in US. Also, this role will support paperwork for work orders, vouchering for work orders with co-working with work order & logistic coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Act as sales coordinator for a few small dealers
- Provide quotes, answer inquiries regarding billing, inventory, etc.
- Coordinate local purchase orders for work orders and batteries/chargers
- Register new parts
- Process invoices for all purchase orders and work orders
- Stay updated on lead times
- Maintain all paperwork for purchase orders, lead times, and GR
Salary : $50,000 - $57,000
