DUTIES :
Provide front desk / reception support in busy community mental health center.
Duties include answering phones; scheduling appointments; processing referrals; provide provider support; data entry; maintaining computerized scheduling system; checking in clients, completing client paperwork; greet and provide information and assistance to clients & visitors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
One to two years' experience in an office setting performing a variety of duties.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to appropriately assist persons who may be experiencing mental health problems who present at the front desk.
Moderate typing skills, experience with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, excellent customer skills, and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail is a must.
