We're looking for Traffic Control Supervisors and Traffic Control Technicians to become part of our HDD Cactus family. Individuals will be responsible for implementing and overseeing the project’s traffic control plan, lane closures, setting up and taking down lane closures.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have a valid driver license and no major traffic tickets or DWI/DUI in the last 5 years.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and squat, kneel, climb and bend.
  • Follows daily procedures and protocols set forth in job trainings.
  • Responsible for the placement of traffic cones, arrow boards or other traffic safety devices in the work zone at beginning and end of shift
  • Perform general flagging duties as required or directed by supervisor.
  • Report defects or repairs as necessary to supervisor.
  • Individual must be able to lift objects weighing 80 lb. on a regular basis.
  • The use of a shovel to move material will be necessary.
  • Perform pre-shift inspections on jobsite prior to startup.
  • Inspects traffic control vehicles and equipment and assures all equipment is maintained
  • Other duties as assigned.

Certification:

  • Traffic Control Supervisor or Traffic Control Technician Certification (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
