Location : Hybrid (Remote Preference for Houston, TX)
About Us :
HDF Energy is a leading global player in the hydrogen industry, developing large-scale hydrogen production, power plants, and cutting-edge fuel cell technology. After the successful launch of projects worldwide, we are expanding into the U.S. market with a focus on hybrid power plants, long term storage as well as hydrogen production for e-fuels and ammonia with an initial focus on Texas. We’re looking for a driven and passionate Business Development & Marketing manager to help us grow our presence in the energy sector.
What You’ll Do:
- Build Relationships: Connect with key stakeholders such as energy companies, local governments, trade associations, and landowners to establish strong partnerships.
- Manage Development Projects: Work closely with our Country Manager and project teams to identify and manage site development for hybrid power plants, long-term storage solutions, and hydrogen production facilities.
- Identify Opportunities: Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and sector developments to spot new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with exceptional international teams: Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, etc.) to drive project development forward.
- Represent HDF Energy: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase our visibility and network in the market.

- It is essential to be able to travel up to 50% within the U.S. and occasionally to France.
- Language: Native English speaker (French is a bonus).
- Driver’s License: Valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record.
