Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Studio Manager to oversee the daily operations of our studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office management, and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. This role requires strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Oversee scheduling and appointment management for clients and staff.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of client information.
- Handle phone systems, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls as necessary.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Act as a personal assistant to the studio owner or lead instructor when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in various software applications.
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar setting is a plus.
