What You'll Do (AKA : Your Superpowers ? )

Lead & Inspire :

Provide strategic oversight and leadership for HDG's diverse community portfolio.
Mentor and manage Executive Directors and regional leaders under our Entrepreneurial Operating System model.

Drive Operational Excellence :

Implement annual operating plans, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies.

Oversee key areas such as revenue management, expense control, safety, clinical operations, regulatory adherence, and labor management.

Foster a Culture of Success :

Champion accountability, teamwork, and collaboration through routine community visits and board participation.

Identify growth opportunities, develop new initiatives, and implement policies that minimize corporate liability and boost performance.

Analyze & Report :

Deliver regular financial analyses and performance reports to drive data-informed decision-making.

Continuously optimize operations to ensure our communities consistently exceed quality and efficiency standards.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Your Awesome Leadership Skills )

Educational Background & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in multi-community management within skilled nursing, assisted living, or senior housing environments.

Strategic & Operational Expertise :

Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives, manage budgets, and oversee complex operations.

Strong business acumen and advanced skills in operational planning and performance management.

Excellent Communication & Mentoring :

Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

A natural mentor with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.

Tech & Analytical Proficiency :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management tools.

Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Adaptability & Resilience :

Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel up to 80% (including day and overnight trips).
