Software Development Analyst

We are searching for a Software Development Analyst who will play an important role in achieving profitability in automating various business tasks. This role will use solid analytical and technical skills and strong project management skills. The individual will analyze data, develop recommendations, and provide business insights. The developer will be required to code both individually and as part of a team to achieve the MVP of their assigned projects. Ideally, the candidate has prior entry-level experience working as a full-stack developer.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and maintaining software code using best practices.
- Supporting some legacy code and fixing bugs.
- Communicating effectively with Business Analysts and other Software Engineers using the Agile methodology.
- Writing and supporting older SQL reports.
- Proficiency in GIT.
- Integrating internal and external systems using Web APIs.
- Prior work experience with Azure and MongoDB is a plus.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of C# language fundamentals.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing APIs
- Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming: .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Blazor, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ
- Relational database experience, preferably MS SQL Server.
- T-SQL, Database design and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity working with Microsoft Azure.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
