Retail Sales Trainee Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers in a retail environment, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored products and services
• Provide clear and comprehensive answers to customers' inquiries regarding the services we offer, ensuring a thorough understanding of available options.
• Presenting and demonstrating telecommunications products to customers, highlighting features and benefits
• Assist in managing key retail accounts, ensuring product availability, and handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Understanding of sales interactions and the ability to identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell various products when appropriate
• Work independently to manage schedules, follow up with customers, and monitor sales progress
• Collaborate with the Retail Sales Trainee team to present new ideas for business improvements and innovative sales strategies based on customer feedback
