HDR | HandyDan Luxury Remodeling is seeking a Project Manager who can lead our crews, serve our clients, and uphold the standards that define our luxury remodeling brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage residential remodeling and repair projects, overseeing every detail from planning to punch-out.
• Supervise and motivate field crews—ensuring efficiency, accountability, and quality workmanship.
• Step into the field as needed to assist with carpentry, repairs, installations, or problem-solving to meet project deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—building trust, communicating clearly, and managing expectations.
• Read blueprints and scopes of work to plan and execute projects in compliance with local building codes and design intent.
• Coordinate material procurement and subcontractors while managing project budgets and schedules.
• Participate in company operations, working closely with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and team performance.
• Train and mentor field staff to maintain HDR’s standard of excellence across every job site.
• Support marketing and sales efforts by building strong client relationships and promoting HDR’s premium services.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership in residential remodeling, construction, or high-end home improvement.
• Skilled across multiple trades including carpentry, flooring, tile, drywall, light plumbing and electrical, windows, doors, decks, and general repairs.
• Ability to lead by example—comfortable in both a managerial and hands-on role.
• Experience managing projects, people, timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• High level of professionalism and respect when working in client homes—whether occupied or vacant.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive results.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a personal toolset.

Bonus if You Bring:

• Sales or client service experience in a remodeling or construction setting.
• Background in high-end or design-forward residential work.
• Familiarity with construction management software or digital tools.

Pay: $21.07 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
