Essential Duties :
Follows and adheres to verbal and written work instructionsAssembles in predetermined order, hardware such as cable mounts, brackets and DIN railsFastens units or electrical components in specified locations on panels and boards using fastening hardware such as machine screws, washers, nuts and rivetsInstalls electrical components such as terminal blocks, governor controllers, voltage regulators, Speed switches, voltage sensing controllers, watt transducers, current transformers, relay assemblies, fuse assemblies, time delay circuits, transformers, power terminal block assemblies, circuit breakers, jumpers and wire harnessesCuts, strips, labels, and installs wire terminals and mounts wires to connect electrical unitsConnects lead wires to ohmmeter, or other electronic testing equipment to test connections for continuity, resistance, shorts and grounds in accordance with the wiring diagramInstalls relays, fuses, and appropriate legendsCompletes various panels by installing lights, receptacles, gauges, various electronic instruments, legends and instruction labels in accordance with diagrams, drawings written and oral instructionsPrepares and completes mechanical assemblies and enclosures for final assembly on the frameVerifies circuitry and proper installation of the electrical components for compliance to the diagrams, drawings or verbal and written instructionsObserves workmanship at previously made parts and subassemblies to detect defects and notifies supervisor or quality control inspectorSupports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organizationAdheres to all quality and safety standardsSupports other projects and performs duties as assignedEducation / Experience / Other Skills & Abilities :
