This position is responsible for the safety, quality, and oversight of the ECU, Heat, Flight Line, SDHD, and Production Support Engineering teams. This is a hands-on position and will be responsible for overseeing all technical activities of assigned projects and programs including planning, scheduling, and managing personnel and engineering work to ensure effective coordination and execution. The Engineering Manager - ECU / Heat must possess sufficient technical knowledge of their programs to identify problems, provide guidance to staff, and ensure the work product is completed on time and fulfills requirements. Required to proactively lead improvement initiatives.
