The primary function of this position is to run operational tests on production units. Works under the direction of a supervisor or work lead with work delegated on a regular basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proficient use of basic tools
- Performs operational run testing, which may include running Leak Testing on HVAC equipment
- Able to use electronic test equipment and refrigeration charge equipment
- Able to record test result data both electronically and in written format
- Ability to pass Test Tech I Knowledge Assessment Test
- Accurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reporting
- Follows both visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted
- Performs cycle counting of parts and material handling duties as required
- Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Adheres to all quality and safety standards
Education/Experience/Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years industry experience preferred
- Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
- Experience of small power tools, other hand tools and computerized and high-pressure equipment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, work overhead with arms and sit or stand for several hours as a time
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required per plant rules
