This is a remote position.
Develop and customize all technical aspects of UiPath systems. Collaborate with functional leaders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into business needs. Ensure and monitor the UiPath bot is stable and manage platform upgrades. Mentor FTE staff and assist in developing best practices around RPA. Create small bots for incremental process improvements. Support DES DTS OSM UiPath projects and participate in Agile ceremonies. Review source code and provide clarifications to other developers. Develop technical specifications designs and architecture artifacts.
Requirements
Must Have :
Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Certification : UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD).
Minimum of 8 years of total programming experience.
At least 3 years of handson UiPath / RPA development experience.
Proven ability to design and implement RPA automation solutions using UiPath Studio and the REFramework.
Proficiency in programming languages .NET (C# VB.Net HTML JavaScript).
Experience with advanced automation tools like OCR IDP and AI / ML integration.
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with integrating APIs (REST & SOAP services) in UiPath workflows.
Experience with debugging and performing code analysis.
Ability to develop technical specifications designs and architecture artifacts.
Soft Skills :
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks and think creatively.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Clearances :
Level1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Willingness to undergo a 7year HireRight background check.
Nice to Have :
Familiarity with Azure DevOps Git and CI / CD pipelines.
