What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Head-Lee Landscape Materials, Inc.?
We are hiring for an Office Administrator for our Walhalla location. The right candidate will be courteous and professional with the ability to multi-task in a retail environment. Excellent communication skills are needed to answer phones and provide quality customer service. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are necessary to complete sales orders, process payments, schedule deliveries, etc. Spanish speaking is a plus.
Saturday shifts are required during busy season (usually April - June).
Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We have 4 locations and are looking for people who want to join our family and grow with us. We offer Vacation Pay, Sick Pay, and Holiday Pay. Bonuses are paid based on employee performance.
