What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreational Gymnastics Coach position at Head Over Heels Gymnastics?
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in related sports, along with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play a crucial role in developing the skills of our students while fostering a positive and safe training environment.
Though gymnastics experience is not required, it would be helpful. We will train the right candidate!
Flexible work schedule! Work hours will be in the evening during the week and the morning on Saturdays. Employee may work between 2-5 days a week. 8-20 hours a week possible.
Pay starting at $14, but can be higher based on experience.
Duties
- Design and implement engaging gymnastics training programs for various skill levels.
- Maintain a safe training environment by enforcing safety protocols and guidelines.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, respect, and personal growth.
Experience
- Experience working with youth.
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques to positively work with children.
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
