Join us as a Facility Janitorial Specialist, where your primary focus will be on maintaining cleanliness in our Gymnastics/Dance/Ninja facilities. As a crucial team member, your responsibilities include transforming designated areas, with special attention to high-traffic zones like bathrooms and lobbies, ensuring they are consistently clean for staff and visitors.

Your role involves floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, and demonstrating a commitment to proper waste disposal and recycling practices. You will dust furniture, maintain the cleanliness of our bathrooms and efficiently restock supplies and utilize commercial cleaning techniques and equipment.

You'll also play a proactive role in identifying maintenance needs, ensuring our workplace is consistently well-maintained with minor repairs.

This FULL TIME Position requires driving to our two locations in, Middletown and Shrewsbury, NJ . The Hours are 8PM-4AM, while the facility is closed.


What we're looking for:

• Ideally, you have prior janitorial or custodial experience.
• A strong understanding of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is essential.
• Independence, efficiency, and attention to detail are key attributes.
• Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing is required.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to work late nights at multiple locations, after the facilities have closed.
