No dance experience necessary! – we’re looking for individuals who are organized, love working with kids, and are excited to help create an unforgettable summer experience! As a Camp Coordinator (ages 18 ), you’ll be the backbone of our camp, making sure everything runs smoothly, assisting with events, managing tasks, and helping our campers have the time of their lives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage camp activities and schedules
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff
- Proven experience working with diverse student populations
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities and schedules for summer camp programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants.
- Develop and implement educational and recreational activities that promote student engagement and learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to address concerns and provide updates.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage resources and logistics for camp events.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by encouraging teamwork and collaboration among campers.
