Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Clinical Therapist at Head Well- Integrative Psychiatry & Wellness. The Clinical therapist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling and therapy services, and collaborating with clients and treatment team members on treatment goals and plans.
We are looking for clinicians with experience/training (or significant interest) with healing practices during altered states of consciousness, as the position with be assisting with our Ketamine and Spravato program. This includes assessment and screening, ketamine assisted psychotherapy and integration therapy.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise with therapeutic modalities across the lifespan
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients
- Interest in holistic approaches to mental health
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
- Completed all licensing hours, supervision, state exam, and be fully licensed in the field
Experience
- Psychology and Counseling skills
- Experience in Psychiatry and Mental Health
- Knowledge of Psychological Evaluation, Diagnosis
- Collaborative and inter-disciplinary treatment planning
- Previous experience in ketamine-assisted therapy is a plus
- Applicants must have at least 4 years of clinical psychiatric experience
Salary : $33 - $53
