Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the establishment to ensure smooth functioning and high-quality service.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for cash handling, order processing, and inventory control.
- Conduct interviews for potential new hires and assist in the onboarding process.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages open communication and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with Aloha POS or similar systems is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage staff effectively.
- Ability to train new employees on operational procedures and customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
