Headfarmer is currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join our long-standing client with an incredible culture! In this capacity you’d have direct responsibility for financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes across their consolidated chain of entities. What You Will Do:
- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements for multiple entities.
- Own and maintain audit processes and serve as the key liaison with external auditors.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in collaboration with the Accounting team
- Design, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies
- Provide technical accounting guidance and ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Evaluate new accounting pronouncements and implement required changes
- Deliver data-driven financial insights to support strategic business decisions
- Support corporate initiatives and projects in tandem with senior Finance leadership
What You Will Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Combination of public accounting (preferably Big 4 or large national firm) and industry experience
- Strong technical accounting and audit background
- Knowledge of foreign currency exchange strongly preferred
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong foundation in US GAAP, consolidations, eliminations, financial statements
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a bonus
