Headfarmer is seeking an accurate Accounts Payable Processor for our client near the Phoenix / Tempe border! Ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detailed with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
In this role, you will handle front-end accounts payable duties including heavy data entry and processing vendor invoices across 17 entities. Occasional customer service tasks and flexibility in job duties as needed.
Requirements :
- 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Proficient in basic Excel
- Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume data entry
