What You’ll Do (And Totally Own):
- Run the show – Lead daily operations of Accounting, from general ledger to payroll.
- Strategic storyteller – Deliver polished reports and smart FP&A that moves the business forward.
- Treasury boss – Manage cash flow, receivables, and borrowing base reports like a champ.
- Team captain – Mentor, coach, and elevate a team of sharp accounting professionals
- Cross-functional powerhouse – Collaborate with every department to deliver next-level financial services.
- Policy pro – Create, implement, and communicate accounting policies that keep us compliant and ahead of the game.
- Audit liaison – Be the go-to for external auditors and make it look easy.
- Control freak (the good kind) – Build airtight internal controls and identify revenue and cost-saving opportunities.
- People connector – Negotiate smarter payment plans with customers and vendors to supercharge working capital.
What You Bring:
- A strong backbone of integrity, ethics, and leadership.
- Crystal-clear communication and the ability to present financials with charisma.
- High energy and a team-first mindset – you're the kind of person others want to work with.
What You’ve Done:
- 5–10 years owning the controller role in manufacturing.
- Cost accounting is second nature to you.
- You’ve got treasury and ERP experience
- Direct operations and job shop experience? Even better.
- CPA preferred. Job costing or auditing experience? Yes, please.
