Position Overview :
The System Integrations Developer will focus on designing, building, and maintaining data integration services with an emphasis on healthcare interoperability . This role requires expertise in standards such as HL7 FHIR , and C-CDA , alongside experience in developing RESTful APIs and EHR platform integrations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data exchange and enhancing enterprise-level systems. This position offers a hybrid work schedule after the first 90 days
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze, design, and develop integration solutions with a focus on healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, C-CDA).
Build and document integration services using EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, NextGen) and RESTful APIs
Collaborate with IT leadership to identify opportunities for improving interoperability and data exchange.
Develop detailed program specifications, design documents, and documentation for integration platforms.
Test, train, and deploy integration systems, ensuring high performance and compliance with healthcare standards.
Stay updated on the latest interoperability trends and recommend best practices to enhance system functionality.
Qualifications : Required :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of equivalent experience.
2 years of experience building and configuring RESTful APIs and web services.
2 years of experience in Agile software development (SCRUM / KANBAN).
Hands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA).
Working knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with computer networking concepts (VPN, LAN / WAN).
Preferred :
Advanced programming skills in SQL Java , and JavaScript
Experience with EHR platforms like Epic Cerner , or NextGen
Scripting experience with Lua or Python
Schedule :
Full-time, in-office position in Phoenix, AZ.
Hybrid work schedule available after the first 90 days.
Standard Monday–Friday working hours.
